Terms of Sale
Updated: 12 September 2026
These terms apply when you buy from humtto.uk. Please read them before ordering — by placing an order you accept them. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
1. Who you are buying from
humtto.uk is operated by Quanzhou Humtto Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. You can contact us at global@humtto.com.
2. Your order
Adding items to your basket is not an order. Your order is placed when you complete checkout, and we accept it when we email you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item sold out, was priced incorrectly, or we cannot deliver to your address — we will tell you and refund anything you have paid in full.
Stock shown on the site is the stock we hold at that moment. Because other customers are shopping at the same time, an item can sell out between you adding it to your basket and completing checkout.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before dispatching, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. If you pay with a card or account in another currency, your bank or PayPal converts the amount. We do not store your card details.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom and to the European countries offered at checkout. Every order is packed and sent from our own factory in Jinjiang, China. We dispatch within 1–2 working days and send you a tracked order number. Once it is on its way, delivery usually takes 5–9 working days to the United Kingdom and 7–14 working days to the rest of Europe. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs can add time we cannot control. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave.
Delivery is free when you are signed in to a humttoclub account at checkout. If you check out as a guest, delivery costs £4.99 to the United Kingdom and £7.99 elsewhere in Europe. The delivery charge is shown before you pay.
Prices are in pounds sterling. If you pay from outside the UK, PayPal or your card provider converts the amount into your currency.
5. Cancelling and returning
You may cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. Tell us at global@humtto.com with your order number, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us.
Goods must come back unworn and in a resaleable condition, with tags attached and in their original box. Footwear should be tried on indoors — soles that show outdoor wear cannot be returned. You pay the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, to the payment method you used.
Returns go back to our warehouse in China. Email us first and we will send you the full return address and reference to put on the parcel — please do not send anything back without it, as unmarked parcels can be refused at customs.
6. Faulty or incorrect goods
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right — a replacement or a full refund including postage both ways. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality; nothing in these terms limits those rights.
7. Product information
We describe our products and show their colours as accurately as we can, but screens vary and colours may differ slightly from the real thing. Sizes are shown in UK sizing with a conversion chart on each product page; if you are between sizes, contact us before ordering.
8. Accounts and reviews
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Only customers who have bought a product can review it. We may remove reviews that are abusive, contain personal details, or are not about the product.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in those courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
